Jimmi Simpson

JIMMI SIMPSON (Kyle) Jimmi Simpson is currently appearing in the Fox Feature, DATE NIGHT opposite Steve Carrell and Tina Fey and was recently seen in the Ricky Gervais-directed comedy THE INVENTION OF LYING. Jimmi also performed the lead role of ‘Philo Farnsworth’ in Aaron Sorkin’s play THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION on Broadway, for which he won a Theatre World Award and was nominated for a Drama League Award. The play was directed by Des McAnuff and produced by Steven Spielberg.

Jimmi’s past film credits include David Fincher’s ZODIAC, David Von Anken’s SERAPHIM FALLS, Angela Robinson’s HERBIE and D.E.B.S. as well as recurring roles in such television shows as ITS ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA and MY NAME IS EARL. Jimmi is currently recurring as “Lyle the Intern” on LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN.
